Make it yours

An AI setup that starts
with what you know.

Your expertise is the starting point. Give AI your context and your process, then shape the result until it is useful to you.

01 / FOUNDATION

One place to work.

A personalised workspace with instructions and organised information, so you have a clear starting point for each task.

02 / CONTEXT

Your business. Your voice.

Capture what you do, who you serve, what you offer and how you like to work. Use real examples to teach your writing style.

03 / CAPABILITY

Your tools, working together.

Learn to connect an appropriate app, check what AI can access and use that information for a useful job.

04 / REPEATABILITY

A good process, ready again.

Save a working method as a skill. Test it on another example, refine it and decide when it should run.

The programme

Build the foundation.
Then put it to work.

5 building blocks · 2 workshops

What each part covers

Onboarding
Create your AI workspace, organise your folders and set the instructions your agents will follow.
Context
Teach AI about your business, customers, offers, writing voice and working preferences so its output fits your work.
Connections
Connect the apps you use, such as email, calendars and documents, and check what your AI can access.
Skills
Turn a task you do regularly into reusable instructions that teach AI your process and quality standards.
Routines
Choose when tasks run, where results are saved and what you review, using scheduling where your tools support it.

Workshop 01

Onboard + Context

Your AI foundation · Live on Zoom

Build your own
AI operating system.

Start with a guided interview about your work. Turn those answers into an organised workspace and the context your AI needs to be useful.

  1. Map your world. Capture your role, business, priorities, recurring tasks and the way you like to work.
  2. Create your workspace. Organise your folders, add master instructions and define the rules your AI should follow.
  3. Build its knowledge. Develop context about you, your business, offers, customers and working style, adapted to your work.
  4. Teach your voice. Use real writing samples to define your tone, preferred language and what you want to avoid.
  5. Make corrections useful. Keep a lessons record and update instructions when something needs to change.
  6. Put the context to a test. Ask for a piece of work that depends on what you’ve shared, and check the result.
Your first milestone

An organised AI workspace, saved instructions and a first version of your business and personal context.

Between workshops

Fill the most useful gaps in your context, try one real task and choose a repeatable job for Workshop 2.

Workshop 02

Connect + Skills + Routines

Your AI in action · Live on Zoom

Connect your tools.
Teach AI your process.

Give your setup access to the information it needs. Then build a reusable skill and a routine around a job you want off your to-do list.

  1. Choose the right connections. Map your email, calendar, documents or other work apps to the tasks you want AI to help with.
  2. Connect and verify. Connect an appropriate app and prove what it can read with a small, specific test.
  3. Create a reusable skill. Describe your method, inputs, quality checks and preferred output in instructions you can use again.
  4. Test beyond the first example. Run the skill on another task, check the result and improve the instructions.
  5. Set a routine. Choose when the work runs and where the result goes. Use scheduling where supported, or a saved manual trigger.
  6. Keep it useful. Know how to refresh the context, correct the skill and pause a routine when your needs change.
Your next milestone

A verified connection or file-based alternative, a reusable skill and a routine you can run and review.

Marina Barguno, founder of Room for the Curious

Meet Marina Barguno

I use AI for the work
I teach you to do.

I’m the founder of Room for the Curious. I teach people to put AI to work in their lives and businesses.

I run two businesses alongside family life, with AI as an extra pair of hands. I learned by building: websites, processes and assistants for the work I needed help with.

That practical experience shapes these workshops. We’ll work through how to brief your AI, give it useful context and check what it produces, using a task that matters to you.

How are the workshops taught?

Both workshops are taught live on Zoom, on 29 September and 06 October 2026. Join from your own computer and work on your setup during the sessions.

What is an AI operating system?

It’s your working setup: folders, instructions, context, connected tools and reusable tasks. Together, they give your AI a clear place to work and a useful set of instructions to follow.

What kind of task can I build around?

A proposal draft, research summary, content workflow or weekly planning task. Pick something you do often enough to know what a good result looks like.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop, a recurring task and a few non-sensitive examples from your work. Include a piece of writing that sounds like you. Please have an active Pro subscription before the first workshop.

Do I need to connect my work accounts?

We’ll choose connections that are useful and permitted. If an account is unavailable, you can practise with selected files and learn the same task-building process.

Will everything run automatically?

We’ll get the task working and check it first. Scheduling depends on your tools and account; a saved task you start yourself is an alternative. You decide what needs your review.

Is the €19.99 Workshop VIP guide included?

The guide is a separate offer, available from the Workshop VIP section. This page is for the two-workshop programme.
